Weekly Photo Challenge: Lunchtime

T

 his is my husband’s favorite lunch – or even dinner.  He likes to have this type of sandwich several times a week. I can alter it a bit.  This sandwich pictured has organic mixture of various sprouts, avocado, tomato, turkey bacon, and is topped with an egg made over medium.  I toast the pumpernickel bread and put cucumber ranch dressing on it.
