Information Article: The Calgary Realtor I’d Want!

F

rom personal experience, finding a good Realtor Agent is difficult.  The main thing is trust.  When an agent is showing my home, it is a major responsibility, not only to sell my home and show the wonderful features, but also protect it.  I do not want an agent that is dishonest or cover-up things about my home (or the home I may buy) yet, also find the best features and how the undesirables situations can be fixed in the most economical way.  I want honesty 100%, from beginning to end.

I have been reading about a Calgary Realtor, named Cliff Stevenson.  I appreciate that one of the first things I read on the web page about him is his statement,  “I am here to serve you.”  That’s what is about.  If an agent has this mindset, a lot of work can be done!

Going from a large company to now in a small agency, as the team leader with three agents in his business, it has become a very personalized business for him.  He mentions how he was doing it part-time, mainly on weekends, and he had to either “play around with it” or go full-time and he went full-time, never regretting it.  He also states “I love my job.

He has become very successful, in a very short time, becoming one of the top in Calgary Real Estate, receiving numerous awards along with training other Real Estate Agents and speaking to hundreds at conferences and events.   This is the type of Real Estate Agent I would want!
