ne of the most frustrating things for me as a writer,  is when my computer suddenly, for no apparent reason, turns off.  Then, I turn it back on and there’s that alarming blue screen.  I hope and pray that I can turn it off and it will restart again with no glitches.  But in time, that does not always work, and I need  Computer Help Today.  I do not have the knowledge or training to figure it out.  To know that there is live, remote technical support that can help me through it, can be a lifesaver, especially if I have deadlines to meet.
