will write more later on our daughter’s wedding this past weekend. I’m taking some extra rest time, catching up on housework and still savoring our past weekend and making the adjustments with our daughter now starting her new life. She was home briefly today with her husband, our new son, and both were glowing and happy!
I love this picture below. To me a brief standstill of time – capturing beauty midstream – a captured moment. We had such a lovely day . . . and this was near the end shortly before they left on our honeymoon. And I sigh deeply – it’s over (whew); it’s over (kinda sad); and it’s over (new beginnings) . . . I think some of the frazzled stressful times we had will fade more, and the most important parts were completed and we will remember: they said “I do” and God was glorified!
