Information Article: Flagstaff Condos in Arizonia

S

ometimes it’s just fun to dream . . . . of little glimpses of heaven on earth.  I was invited to look at Cachet Homes, gated neighborhood communities with semi-custom luxury townhomes and condominiums in Arizona.   The goal of these communities is to create a family-friendly atmosphere located throughout Arizona including Scottsdale, Chandler, the Phoenix met and Flagstaff.

Cachet Homes was founded by Matt Cody in 1990 and the goal was not to just build luxury homes but to build relationships and neighborhoods that families want to live in and care for not just their home but the community around them.  Ranking Arizona has ranked Cachet Homes  first place three times and in the top five twelve times as an Arizona home builder because of their high quality and lovely designed townhomes and condos.

One such place is Flagstaff condos with beautiful mountain views and a surreal hiking, biking and walking preserve through a meadow created from a crater of a long-dormant volcano, showcasing an wildlife and wild flowers.  There is also an 18-hole  championship golf course and close enough to downtown entertainment.  During the winter there’s wondeful skiing at Snowbowl.  Flagstaff is close to many historical sites including Lowell Observatory and a short distance to the Grand Canyon and Sedona.

It looks like a wonderful, dreamy place – for either a permanent mountain home or a vacation escape!
