Five Minute Friday: Grit

GRIT

start . . .

Let me tell you about the Best & ONLY Grit Remover . . .

Jesus takes the grit and makes it glorious for Himself.

He took the grit of the ground and formed me, and calls me His beloved.

He saw the grit of David’s life and still called him
a man after His own heart.

He found the woman at the well, and asked her about the grit of her life, and forgave her.

He looked at the man hanging on the cross next to him, knowing his grit,
and forgave him and told him He’d see him in heaven.

Despite being rejected by Peter, Jesus forgets the grit and seeks him out to follow Him and care for His sheep.

And despite my failures and yes, all the grit and sins in my life,
Jesus answered my prayers and
removed them as far as the east is from the west.

finish . . .
