Below the quote is taken from my pastor’s sermon from this past Sunday which was the third Sunday of Advent, which is represented by the Shepherd’s candle and the theme is JOY. It was so appropriate for me, being this date was also the 7th anniversary date of our son’s death and there can still be joy.

Can we with open eyes,
see who we are
and who He is and what He has done?
Are we amazed?”*
